- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Earlier this week, my husband and I went to this office to deal with necessary paperwork for our new vehicle. We were served with professionalism, care, concern, and competence by Cheryl, who went the extra mile and even spoke to the car dealership on our cell phone in order to straighten out some confusion on their part. Despite the confusion of the situation she remained calm, polite and used her sense of humor to make the situation more tolerable for us. She also appropriately sought verification from her co-worker so that she -- and we -- were assured that we were doing things correctly. I hope that whoever reads this review will pass along to Cheryl and her supervisor what a great experience she provided and how well we felt we were treated.
